This is The We(e) Hours
Each week we explore a different theme, and join together every day for a 8~15 minute guided meditation. These are not intended to provide a process, a protocol nor a procedure of any kind for you to follow in order to achieve something... rather, the purpose is to simply open to and allow the most natural shift to occur - to happen - as it will spontaneously as we allow it.
In our time together this week we'll be focusing on 'We'. Quite simply, 'We' is what 'happens' when we align with our "Older Wiser Self" [our Divine Design] - suddenly, and spontaneously, we find ourself joined with, and in communion with, rather than what typically feels like 'on our own'... often it's easier - at least initially - to our way into this alignment in the 'wee' hours, when things around us have quieted down... so the wee hours help us into the we - but the we [joined place] is not relegated nor limited in any way by time or place... but simply by what we are choosing to focus on.
Join with us all this week and be open and curious to start to experience you as the 'We', rather than more of the same. The 'We' that is already you!
