These Summer Shorts are 5-days of meditation together. 
The first one in the series is Step One. 

Each week we explore a different theme, and join together every day for a 8~15 minute guided meditation. These are not intended to provide a process, a protocol nor a procedure of any kind for you to follow in order to achieve something... rather, the purpose is to simply open to and allow the most natural shift to occur - to happen - as it will spontaneously as we allow it.

Step One:

As these words suggest, step one is the first thing. We'll explore the meaning of this phrase - the invitation - and the inevitable (and invariable) consequence if we dare to take this first step and not continue to 'side step' it!
